Christopher J. Chervanka, 41, of Preston Twp., died Sunday morning. His longtime companion is Thea Correll.

Born January 16, 1975 in Carbondale, he is the son of Jerome and Anne Farley Chervanka, Preston Twp. Chris was a 1993 graduate of Forest City Regional High School. He owned and operated Lakewood Motor Company and Chervanka Trucking in Lakewood. He was on the board of directors of the National Chrysler Products Club and was a long time member of the Antique Automobile Club of America. He was a member of the O and W Society and Vice President of the Northern Wayne Fire Company, Lakewood. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Also surviving is a paternal grandmother Evangeline Chervanka, Forest City.

Viewing will be Thursday from 4-7 pm in the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
