William A. Dietrich

William Abraham Dietrich, 78, of Pleasant Mount, died Wednesday evening at home. His wife of almost 47 years is Mary Schiavetti Dietrich.

Born May 1, 1944 in Reading, he was the son of the late William J. Dietrich and the late Hanna Hawker Dietrich Becker. Bill attended school in Reading and was a 1962 graduate of Oley High School. He resided in Pleasant Mount for the last 36 years. Prior to retirement he drove truck for Yellow Freight, with 22 years of loyal service.

He was preceded in death by a brother Arthur Wesley Becker, and a sister Marlena Dietrich.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City.
