Victoria (Tarchuck) Ravnikar

Victoria Ravnikar, 78, of Browndale, died Sunday afternoon at home. Her husband of 53 years is Rudolph Ravnikar.

Born Septemeber 9, 1945, in Whites Crossing, she is the daughter of the late Joseph and Victoria Krishak Tarchuck. She was a graduate of Lakeland High School. Vicky was a member of Ascension Parish, Forest City. She was a Navy wife, a homemaker and caregiver.

She is also survived by a daughter Darlene Ravnikar, Browndale; a sister Dorothy Baysa, Browndale; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Dawn Ravnikar; a sister Joann Tarchuck, brother-in-law Peter Baysa, and a nephew Joseph Baysa.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday December 21st at 10:30 am at St. Joseph’s Church, 741 Delaware Street, Forest City. Interment in Rounds Cemetery, Union Dale. Visitation will be Thursday morning at the church from 9:30 until mass time.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City.

Memorial contributions can be made in Vicky's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
