Terry J. Meszler

Terry J. Meszler, 71, of Forest City died unexpectedly, on Tuesday morning at home. His wife of 50 years is Dorina Beblo Meszler.

Born June 28, 1953, in Honesdale, he is the son of the late Ambrose and Doris Lagendoerfer Meszler. , Terry was a longtime butcher and was previously empley at ID Logistics. Terry was a member of the Riverdale Rod and Gun Club. He enjoyed to hunt, fish, and travel with his family. He liked taking care of his dog Sadie. Most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Also survivng are his five children Gail Scalzo, Jennifer Hawm, Patrick Meszler, Savannah Meszler and Renee Kase; 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Viewing will be held Saturday, from 2 – 4 pm in the Kevin Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City. Burial will be private.
