Robert G. Frink, Jr, 67, of Union Dale died Thursday night at Geisinger-CMC, Scranton. His wife of 21 years is the former, Lynn M. Blackmer.
Born in Putnam, CT., he was the son of the late Robert G. and Shirley Keith Frink, Sr. Bob was a graduate of Woodstock Academy, Woodstock, CT. He had been employed by the Frito-Lay Co. and was also a school bus driver for 35 years.
Bob and Lynn retired several years ago to Northeastern Pennsylvania. He had been a volunteer fireman with the Woodstock Fire Association and he was a collector of antiques.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two step-sons, Christopher Foisey, Pomfret, CT., Ryan Foisey, Danielson, CT., a granddaughter, Jocelyn Foisey, a brother, Neil Frink, Woodstock, three nieces, Jessica Frink, Amy Frink-Vincent and Abbey Frink.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Matthew Frink.
Celebrations of Bob’s life will be held in Connecticut and Pennsylvania later this year.
Cremation arrangements are by the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main St., Forest City, PA.
