Paul H. Swan, Jr.

Paul H. Swan, Jr., 77, of Union Dale died unexpectedly on Saturday. His wife of 27 years is Elizabeth Johns Swan.

Born October 19, 1947, in Carbondale, he is the son of the late Paul H. Swan, Sr. and the late Mildred Louise Sutton. He was a graduate of Carbondale High School, class of 1966. He was a member of the Carbondale Methodist Church. Prior to retirement he worked for Kappa Graphics, Hughestown. Paul enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also liked spending summers at Cottrell Lake with the wonderful view from his front yard.

Also survivng are two sisters, Patricia (Joseph) Babiasz and Phyliss McInerney; Sisters-in-law, Linda Johns (Carl Rehkop), Carol (Bill) Watson, and Janet Swan; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Also preceded in death by a brother Charles Swan; sister Barbara Spangenberg, and a brother-in-law Guy Spangenberg.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 27th, from 2 – 4 pm in the Kevin Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City. Burial will be private.
