Patricia A. Sortino

Patricia A. Sortino, 55, Forest City, died Tuesday morning at Marian Community Hospital, Carbondale. She is the wife of Ronald J. Sortino, Forest City.

Born November 23, 1954, in Elizabeth, NJ, she is the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Dering Newbery. She was a member of the Roman Catholic Community of Forest City and an avid fisherman. She also enjoyed gardening and baking. She was a loving wife and will be missed by all who knew her.

Also surviving are four brothers Bobby, Rahway, NJ, Tommy, Rahway, NJ, Kenny, Elizabeth, NJ, and Mark, Browndale; three sisters Barbara McCarthy, Woodbridge, NJ, Linda Hazen, Arkansas, and Mary Newbery, Forest City; several nieces and nephews.

Cremation is through the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City, and a graveside service will take place on Thursday March 18 at 1:00 pm in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Forest City.
