Michael J. Pauswinski, 54, of Carbondale, died Friday at home. His wife is Caren Pauswinski, Carbondale.
Born June 8, 1969 in Carbondale, he was the son of the late Michael and Ann Marie Laguzzi Pauswinski. He graduated from Forest City Regional High School and worked as a mechanic at Churilla Auto Sales, Scranton. He was a grease monkey since the day he was born and loved everything cars.
He is also survived by three daughters Elizabeth Pauswinski, Old Forge; Laura Alleva(Greg), Archbald, and Ruth Pauswinski(Allan Williams), Carbondale; Three sisters Donna Sandfort(Keith), Thompson; Tarey Sheldon(Jeff), Thompson; and Ann Marie Pauswinski, Scranton; 6 grandchildren, 5 step children, and 9 step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Michael was preceded in death by an infant daughter April and a brother Joseph.
Services are private through the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City.
