Mary Corbidge

Mary Corbidge, 82, of Forest City, died Monday at Geisinger Community Medical Center. Her husband is the late William Corbidge.

Born September 24, 1931, in Philadelphia, daughter to the late John and Mary McMonacle Forbes. She attended high school in Philadelphia and was a member of St. Joseph's Church and Ascension Parish, Forest City. She enjoyed socializing with her friends at William Penn Apartments and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Surviving are two sons, William Corbidge and wife Jeanne, Greeley; and David Corbidge and wife Pat, Arizona; a brother Jack Forbes and wife Josephine, Philadelphia; 2 grandchildren, 3 great grand children; and a special friend Dolores McCusker, Pleasant Mount.

The funeral will be Saturday from the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main St., Forest City, with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am in St. Joseph's Church, Forest City. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday morning from 10 to 11:15 am.
