John "Jack" Dombroski

John “Jack” Dombroski, 69, of Browndale, died Sunday at home. His wife of 41 years is Kathryn “Kate” Smith Dombroski.

He was born May 8, 1953 in Carbondale, son of the late Walter and Helen Ostanek Dombroski. He was a 1971 graduate of Forest City High School and recently retired from NEP Telephone Company after 49 years of service. Jack enjoyed his home on the mountain and spending time there with his wife Kate and their dogs.

He is survived by a son Aaron Dombroski and wife Meg, ME; a daughter Alison Walton and husband Chris, GA; a sister Nancy Scott and husband Dan, NJ; grandchildren Taylor and Eliza; and nieces and nephews.

As per Jacks request, there will be no funeral services.

Cremation is through the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City.
