John F. Arrigan

John F. Arrigan, 79, Binghamton and formerly of Pleasant Mount, died Saturday at home. His wife is the former Mary McGinnis. They would have celebrated their 57th anniversary in May.

Born August 26, 1942 in Carbondale, he was the son of the late John and Mary LeStrange Arrigan. Prior to retirement John worked at Farview State Hospital. He was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Pleasant Mount. His greatest joys were spending time with his grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a thank you to the private nurses, aides, and hospice nurses for the compassionate care given to John.

Also surviving are five daughters, Patricia Bendyk, Ellen Wolf, Kathleen Zack, Michelle McHale, and Ann Ingrassia; three sons, John, Patrick and William Arrigan; 22 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10am in St. James' Church, 361 Great Bend Turnpike, Pleasant Mount. Visitation at the church from 9:00am until Mass time.

Arrangements by the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main St, Forest City.
