Irena "Gaile" (Foster) Durko

Irena “Gaile” Durko, 79, of Union Dale passed away unexpectedly, Thursday October 20th at home.

Born February 23, 1943, Gaile was the daughter of the late Arnold and Elizabeth Wilson Foster. She was a graduate of Mountain View High School and was employed by RCA prior to retirement. She enjoyed cleaning and cleaned many homes in the area.

Gaile is survived by a daughter Heather; granddaughters, Masie and Casey; siblings, Charles Foster; Lynna Obelenus; David Foster; Duane Foster(Mary Ann); John Foster(Donna); Laura Butts(James); numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

She was also preceded in death by siblings, infant brother, Brian Foster, Neil Foster, Douglas Foster, Richard Foster, Karen Giddings and Rachel Branning; and a grandson Cole.

A memorial visitation will be held Tuesday October 25th from 5 to 7 pm at the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City. Interment will be private.
