Gail M. Coffaro

Gail M. Coffaro, 64, formerly of Clifford, died Sunday morning at the Carbondale Nursing Home.

Born February 8, 1952 in New Brunswick, NJ, daughter of the late Alex and Paula Kondrayk Zawadsky. Gail graduated from New Brunswick High School. Prior to retirement, Gail worked as a nurses aide at St. Peters Medical Center, New Brunswick and later as a beautician. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, and especially liked needle point. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Gail is survived by a son Joseph Coffaro and companion Kimberly Cavalieri, Vandling; a daughter Christine Coffaro, Stroudsburg; a grandson Joey; a brother Alex Zawadsky, Florida; a sister Cathy Gutknecht, Utah; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister Dianne Leopard.

Cremation is through the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City. Services are private.

Memorial contributions can made in Gail's name to the David Cavalieri's Scholarship Fund. C/O First National Bank 521 Main St. Forest City, PA 18421. This scholarship will be awarded to a student-athlete at Forest City Regional.
