Esther Cobb

Esther Cobb, 83, of Forest Lake, died Friday morning at home. Her husband, of 52 years, Howard Cobb died in 2000.

Born January 8, 1930 in Susquehanna, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mildred Skinner Fisk. Esther graduated Oakland High School in 1948. She loved sewing and teaching Sunday School. Most of all, she loved being around her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surving are two daughters Sharon Cobb, Allentown; and Sandra and husband Russell Cordner, Forest Lake; two sons William and wife Bonnlyn Cobb, Myrtle Beach, SC; and Calvin and wife Patricia Cobb, Thompson; a sister Mary Ficarro, two brothers Robert and Floyd Fisk, all of Susquehanna. 8 grandchildren, Cynthia, Caroline, Russell, Jason, Michelle, Anthony, Kelly and Matthew; 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three sisters Lucille, Louella and Alice and a brother Walter.

Funeral will by Tuesday at 11am in the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City. Interment in East Ararat Cemetery.

Viewing, Mondaday from 6-8pm.
