Elsie R. Murnock

Elsie R. Murnock, of Forest City, died Sunday afternoon at the Forest City Nursing Center.

Born in Forest City, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Timko Murnock. She was a graduate of Forest City High School and was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Forest City. Prior to retirement she was employed at Ames Manufacturing, Forest City and then as Father Augustine's personal secretary. She was a loving sister and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by two sisters Margaret Puntar, Forest City and Sister Ann Patrice, Erie; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers Michael Timko, Andrew Murnock and George Murnock; and a sister Marion Homisak.

Funeral will be Wednesday at 9:30 am from the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am from Sacred Heart Church, Forest City. Interment in St. John's Cemetery, Forest City.

Viewing on Tuesday from 6-8 pm.
