Charles Richard Pratt

Charles Richard Pratt, 81, of Browndale died Thursday morning at Regional Hospital, Scranton. His wife is the late Betty Ann LeBlanc.

Born April 5, 1938 in Brooklyn, PA he was the son of the late Walter and Edith Lathrop Pratt. Charles was an Air Force veteran, serving his country for 22 years. Prior to retirement he worked at IBM. He was a member of the NRA and liked hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed driving around on local dirt and back roads of the area. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by children Edith Wormsly and husband John Ferrick, Browndale; Herbert J. Worth, Lousianna; Mary L. Lajuan and husband Giovanni, Delaware; a stepson Timothy LaBlanc and wife Lanny, Kentucky; brothers Robert Pratt, Montrose; Bill Pratt, Union Dale; and Harold Pratt, NC; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Also preceded in death by a brother Walter Pratt and a step daughter Sue Wade.

With respect to the current pandemic, services are private.
