Alyce M. Suponsic, 95, of Forest City, died Wednesday evening at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale. Her late husband was Anthony Suponsic.

Born January 18, 1921, in Forest City, daughter of the late Charles and Pauline Orloski Olszewski. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and it's Altar and Rosary Society, and now Ascension Parish. Prior to retirement she was the owner of the Country Inn. She was a loving aunt and friend and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by nieces and nephews, including nieces Margaret Armstrong, Mary Zigon, and Paula Sheehan, and by a great niece “granddaughter” Caroline Sheehan.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, John and Charles, and six sisters, Sophie Sardinski, Anna Fielding, Mary Granatowicz, Kathryn Doyle, Celia Olszewski and Bridget Puntar.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10:30am in St. Joseph's Church, 741 Delaware Street, Forest City. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Forest City. Viewing on Monday morning from 9:30am until Mass time in the church. Arrangements are by the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City.
