Aldo Dell'Aquila

Aldo Dell'Aquila, 42, of Honesdale, died Thursday evening at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes-Barre.

Born January 23, 1972, in Queens, NY, he is the son of Michael and Mary Capone Dell'Aquila, Poyntelle. He was a graduate of Lawrence High School, Long Island, NY and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Honesdale. He was a self employed general contractor. Aldo was and avid outdoors man, enjoying hunting, fishing, camping, and white water rafting. He also liked to garden. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Also surviving are a son, Aldo, Jr., NJ; a brother Anthony Dell'Aquila and wife Sheri, Honesdale; a sister Michelle Dell'Aquila and husband Matt Reed, MD; nieces and nephews, Anthony, Gina, Madeline, Matthew, Michael, and Max. and several cousins.

The funeral will be Thursday at 10 am from the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main St., Forest City, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 in St. Joseph's Church, Forest City. Interment will be private.

Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
