Frank D. Hugaboom

Frank D. Hugaboom, 51, of Forest City, died Thursday at the Forest City Nursing Center.

Born September 1, 1965 in Susquehanna, PA, he is the son of Nancy Kartner Lahoda, Herrick Center and the late Ralph Hugaboom. Frank's previous employers included Elk Mountain and Hendricks Manufacturing. He also did Carpentry work. He was a member of the East Ararat Methodist Church. Frank was an avid fisherman and hunter, and he belonged to the NRA and National Fishing Society. He also enjoyed golfing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by three children, Frankie, Leigh, and Matthew; a grandson Elijah; a brother Neil and a sister Jessica; two half brothers Shane and Lyle; a half sister Shannon, and nieces and nephews.

A family run memorial service will be held Saturday August 26th in the East Ararat Methodist Church, Rt 370 and Cemetery Rd, Union Dale. The church will be open from 11am – 1pm for family and friends. Memorial Service from 4-6pm with dinner to follow..

Cremation was through the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City.
