Jeffrey L. Bostic

Jeffrey L. Bostic, 71, of Forest City, died Sunday morning at Moses Taylor Hospital. His wife is the former Joan Berneski Bevacqua, Forest City.

Born August 22, 1945 in Portland, OR, he is the son of the late Robert and Mary Musson Bostic. Jeff was Associate Professor on Naval Ships then he retired from the Department of Education in Harrisburg. He became a Catholic in his 40's and loved his church. He was a member of Ascension Parish and served as a lector and conducted bible study. He was also a member of the American Legion.

The family would like to thank Dr. Moro and the staff at Mosos Taylor Hospital for their compassionate care.

Also surviving is a brother Amos Walls, TX; nieces and nephews.

Also preceded in death by a brother Jerry Bostic and sisters Rosalie Closser and Joanne Woodward

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursay at 10:00 am in St. Joseph's Church, Forest CIty. Viewing will be Wednesday from 3-5pm at the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City Interment in Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Finch Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Jeff's name to Ascension Parish, Forest City.
