James E. Romance

James E. Romance, 70, of Waymart died Monday December 19.

Born June 26, 1946 in Lake Ariel. He was the son of the late Andrew Romance and Vernice Bartlow Black. Jim was a graduate of Waymart High School. He was a civil engineer in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He also loved to hunt and fish.

He is survived by his wife Sherry; children, Jannette, Kimberly and Jonathan; six sisters, Ruthann, Rosemary, Betty, Ethel, Mary Lou, and Susan; three brothers, Roger, Edward, and Gary; stepchildren; grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday December 29th from 12 to 1 pm at the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, Forest City. Interment is private. Condolences, please visit www.lesjackfuneralhome.com.
