Helen (Tokarczyk) Chudzinski

Helen Chudzinski, 93, of Forest City, formerly of Matamorus, died Friday evening at the Forest City Nursing Center. Her husband Robert Chudzinski died in 2003.

Born October 28, 1924 in Simpson, daughter of the late Michael and Julia Siwiec Tokarczyk. She was a graduate of Fell High School and a member of Ascension Parish. Prior to retirement she worked in quality control at Kolmar Labratory, Matamorus.

She is survived by nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by brothers John, Jacob, Stanley, Michael, and Walter; and sisters Bridget Hemak, Mary Tokarczyk, Josephine Grum, Anna Hess, and Stella Peterlin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10:00 am in St. Joseph's Church, Forest City. Viewing will be Tuesday morning from 9-10 am in the church. Interment in Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery.

Arrangements are through the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main Street, Forest City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Helen's name to Ascension Parish, Forest City.
