Frank J. Cyzeski, 90, of Forest City, died Thursday morning at Wayne Woodland Manor, Waymart. His wife of 54 years is Ann M. Clark Cyzeski, Forest City.

Born September 7, 1927 in Forest City, son of the late John and Veronica Wysocki Cyzeski. He was a parishioner of Ascension Parish, a life member of the Forest City American Legion, and the Knights of Lithuania. Along with his brother Charles, Frank owned and operated the Capitol Hill Restaurant in Olean, NY and they later owned and operated the Wurlitzer Music Company in Forest City. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Frank was lovingly devoted to his family all his life.

Also surviving is a son Frank Cyzeski, Forest City and a daughter Dr. Margaret Cyzeski, Timonium, MD; a grand daughter Annika Hambleton; nieces and nephews.

Also preceded in death by four brothers, Joseph, John, Charles, and Bolus and a sister Mary Beers

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10am in St. Joseph's Church, Forest City. Viewing will be Sunday from 4 to 6 pm in the Joseph W. Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc., 621 Main Street, Simpson and from 9:30 until mass time at the church. Interment in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
